Cancel your subscription
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free — nothing is deleted and nothing already paid is clawed back. See the full refund and cancellation policy.
Give the address the account is under. We send it a link that confirms the cancellation in one click — that link is the only thing that can cancel, so nobody can cancel a subscription by typing somebody else's address here.
Already signed in?
You can cancel inside the app instead, with no e-mail step: Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription.
If neither works
Email support@refbooth.com from the address on the account, with the word "cancel". We confirm within one working day.
