Is analysis really free?
Yes. Your first report needs no account, and a free account runs as many as you like, with every standard measurement, its verdict, one live share link and PNG, text or JSON export. No card, no time limit.
Why does the price depend on my country?
Prices are set per country so that they are fair where you live: in euros with VAT included across the European Economic Area, in pounds with VAT included in the United Kingdom, and in US dollars at five levels elsewhere. We suggest a country from your connection and you can pick another above. When paid plans open, pick the country you are billed in: its price is the one that applies, as the terms set out.
Do you train on my uploads?
Never, on any plan. Your audio is measured and the report is yours; it is not used to train anything.
What if I want a refund?
Any paid plan can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
How do I cancel?
One button in Settings, Plan, or the cancel page, which takes an e-mail address and needs no sign-in. Either way access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Every charge comes with an invoice from us, e-mailed through Stripe, our payment processor, showing any tax charged. A business can give its VAT or tax number at checkout, and it is printed on the invoice. Billing questions go to support@refbooth.com.
